1

Cut all meat (chorizo, bacon, ham) into 1 cm squares.

2

Slice the olives thinly.

3

Beat 4 eggs and divide into 1 tablespoon and the rest for later use.

4

Grease an 18 cm diameter mold with butter and dust with flour.

5

In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, and olive oil, mixing with a whisk at low speed until combined.

6

Add 300 grams of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the mixture and mix with a rubber spatula until there are no lumps.

7

Add all the diced meat to the mixture and mix gently to avoid clumping.

8

Add the sliced olives, reserving some for topping, and mix well.

9

Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and flatten the surface.

10

Sprinkle the reserved olives on top.

11

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 392 degrees Fahrenheit).

12

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the surface with the reserved egg.

13

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 35 minutes, checking with a skewer after 30 minutes to ensure it's cooked through.

14

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the mold.

15

Cut the Bola de Carne into slices to serve.
