1

Cut 250 grams of chicken into thin, long strips.

2

Marinate the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, and 1 tablespoon corn flour. Mix well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

3

In a deep pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil to the water.

4

Once the water is boiling, add 250 grams of thin noodles. Do not break the noodles; they will soften in the water.

5

Cook the noodles for 7-8 minutes on medium flame until they are 95% cooked. They should not be overcooked to avoid becoming sticky.

6

Drain the noodles and wash them under running water to remove excess starch. Let them sit for 3-4 minutes.

7

Add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.

8

In a large pan, heat 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of oil over medium to high flame. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes.

9

Add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of water to the chicken to help it cook through, cover, and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

10

After 5-6 minutes, increase the heat to high and fry the chicken for another 1.5 to 2 minutes until fully cooked.

11

In the same pan, add 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic and fry until soft.

12

Add 1 medium sliced onion and fry until slightly soft.

13

Add 1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrot and 1/2 cup of thinly sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

14

Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

15

Add the cooked noodles to the pan.

16

Pour in 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix everything gently to combine without breaking the noodles.

17

Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes while mixing to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

18

Turn off the heat and serve the chicken noodles.
