1/2 medium cabbage

6 scallions
1/2 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp oil
black pepper
MSG
few drops of sesame oil

Mix chicken with light soy sauce and water, set aside for 10 minutes.
