450gms Chicken breast
1 medium Onion sliced
1 medium Carrot julienne cut
1 cup Cabbage julienne cut
1 small Capsicum red
1 small Capsicum green
1 small Capsicum yellow
3 tbsp Spring onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1-1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Pink salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Garlic chopped
3-4 tbsp Oil

In a bowl add boneless chicken cut in strips and marinate it with salt, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce & oil mix and set aside for half an hour.

In another bowl add tomato ketchup, sweet chili sauce, soya sauce, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mix well to prepare the chow mein sauce.

In a cooking pan add oil and add chopped garlic and sauté for a while, then add marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Then add carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage and mix well, then add chow mein sauce and mix.

Then add boiled egg noodles and mix well & add spring onion and mix.

Dish out Chicken Chow Mein and sprinkle spring onion and serve hot.
