Soak 4 kg of black beans overnight from midnight until 5 AM.

After boiling the meats, reserve them and remove excess fat.

Fry 2 kg of linguiça calabresa in a pan.

Cut the boiled meats into small pieces after frying the linguiça calabresa.

Sauté garlic and onion in oil in the same pan used for the linguiça.

Cook half of the black beans separately, then combine with the other half cooked with the meats.

Pressure cook the combined beans and meats for about 30 minutes once pressure is reached.
