1 pound beef
2 cubes Maggi seasoning
2 Scotch bonnet peppers
1/4 cup crayfish
1 part cooked cow skin
2-3 tablespoons chopped onions
2 teaspoons beef seasoning
diced tomatoes

Boil the beef with 2-3 tablespoons of onions and 2 teaspoons of beef seasoning, covering the pot for 30 to 40 minutes until well-done.

Once the tomatoes and onions are fully cooked, add 1 cup of beef broth, garlic, and ginger, then stir in 1/4 cup of crayfish.

Incorporate the pumpkin seeds (agusi) and 1/2 pound of cooked cow skin, mixing well.
