Chop 2 cloves of garlic and 2 chilies.
In a small pot, heat vegetable oil and roast the garlic and chilies for 5-6 minutes.
Add 150 milliliters of water, 150 milliliters of white wine vinegar, sugar, and salt to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
Adjust the sweetness of the sauce to your preference.
Process the sauce in a food processor for a short time to keep small pieces of chili and garlic.
Return the pot to the stove and thicken the sauce with cornstarch, bringing it to a boil again until the desired consistency is reached.
Remove the sauce from heat and transfer it to a smaller bowl to cool down.
Prepare the spring rolls using leftover pulled pork and grated cheese, along with store-bought spring roll dough.
For larger spring rolls, use two pieces of dough and fill with more stuffing; for smaller ones, use one piece and less stuffing.
Seal the spring rolls with water after folding them.
Fry the spring rolls on a gas grill at low heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place fried spring rolls on a kitchen towel to absorb excess fat before serving.
