- 8Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into circles.
- 9Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle.
- 10Fold the pastry over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
- 11Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- 12Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 13Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 14Let cool slightly before serving.
