800 gms Chicken (marinated in 1/4th tsp Turmeric & 1/2 tsp Salt)
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic grated
3 Green Chillies finely chopped
2 medium Onion finely chopped
1 inch Cinnamon stick
2 Bay Leaves
3 Green Cardamom
Curry Leaves 8 - 10
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
200 gms Mixed Veggies (Carrot, Peas, Beans, Potatoes)
1 cup (125ml) Thin Coconut Milk
1 cup (125ml) Thick Coconut Milk
Salt as per taste
Coconut Oil
1 small Onion finely sliced
1/2 inch Ginger julienne
3 Green Chillies slit
7 - 8 Curry Leaves
