Show the fish being used (macaro) and mention its soft and tasty white part.
List the ingredients including green spices, salt, curry, garlic, pepper, onion, carrot, green beans, bell pepper, Maggi cube, and granola oil.
Chop the bell pepper into four halves and place them in a pot to boil with water and a pinch of salt for 15-20 minutes.
Chop the garlic, onion, and other green spices into smaller sizes for blending later.
Add two cubes of Maggi and a little curry to the chopped green spices and mix.
Cut the fish, making shallow but deep lines on one side, and rinse to remove blood.
Salt the fish, ensuring to rub salt inside the cuts and on the top.
Garnish the fish with the chopped green spices, rubbing them inside and on the head, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare the salad by slicing onion thinly and soaking it in salted water for 5 minutes before draining.
Cut green beans into small sizes and add them to the tray.
Slice carrot into smaller sizes and add to the tray with green beans.
Strain the onion and boil water for the carrot and green beans, cooking them for 3 minutes.
Check the boiling bell pepper, which should be ready after 15 minutes, and allow it to cool for 3-5 minutes before blending.
Blend the cooled bell pepper mixture until not too soft, then return it to the pot to dry out the water.
Heat granola oil in a pan and add chopped onion, stirring.
Add the marinated fish to the pan and stir consistently to prevent burning.
Add four cubes of Maggi to the fish and do not add extra salt as the Maggi is sufficient.
After frying for 6 minutes, add the previously prepared spices and curry powder, cooking for 3 more minutes.
Prepare the salad by mixing the drained onion with the cooked carrot and green beans, adding a tablespoon of granola oil and a pinch of salt, and mixing well.
