Preheat the oven to 170° C (340° F).
Fill a baking dish a quarter of the way with hot water and place it in the oven while preheating.
Mash the flesh of one large mango until it reaches a puree consistency.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed mango, milk, eggs, corn flour, and sweetened condensed milk.
Mix with a hand or stand mixer for 3 to 4 minutes until well combined and creamy.
Remove the hot water pan from the oven carefully.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them back into the hot water in the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes until the flans are jiggly but not runny.
Let the flans cool at room temperature for about half an hour.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a saucer.
