Traditionally served with garlic butter or lemon, centolla is a festive dish that brings families together. Nowadays, it is celebrated globally, with variations in preparation and serving styles.

Broth adds flavor without alcohol.
Cut all the legs of the king crab and set aside.
Clean the crab by removing the shell and all internal parts, including the gills.
Make cuts between each joint to facilitate meat removal.
In a pan, melt 100 grams of butter.
Add 5 minced garlic cloves and the juice of 1 lemon.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika and 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper.
Add the cleaned king crab to the pan.
Season with salt and black pepper, cover the pan, and heat for a maximum of 5 minutes.
Add chopped parsley before serving.
