Remojar el pan en leche.
Realizar un sofrito con la cebolla.
Cuando la cebolla haya sudado unos minutos, agregar el pimentón y los condimentos.
Apagar con el vino blanco.
Agregar el pan remojado, la centolla y la crema.
Cocinar unos minutos y rectificar de sazón.
Disponer en los librillos.
Cubrir con queso parmesano rallado.
Hornear a 180 grados hasta que gratine.
Servir en el momento espolvoreado con perejil.
