Instructions
- 1Mix all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2Melt ghee and add it to the flour mixture, mixing until crumbly.
- 3Add milk and vanilla extract, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- 4Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 5Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface.
- 6Cut the rolled dough into diamond or square shapes using a knife or pastry cutter.
- 7Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
- 8Fry the cut pieces in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- 9Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- 10Sprinkle sesame seeds on top while still warm.

- ●1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- ●1/2 tsp red chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp sugar
- ●2 green chilies, chopped
- ●10-12 curry leaves
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- 3Add chopped green chilies and curry leaves; sauté for a minute.
- 4Stir in peanuts and cashews; fry until golden brown.
- 5Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
- 6Add poha and sugar; stir gently to combine without breaking the poha.
- 7Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to heat through.
- 8Add dried coconut flakes and raisins; mix well.
- 9Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
