BBQ Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings in water with the juice of 1 lemon for about a minute, then drain.

Add water and flour to the chicken to help remove slimy bits, then rinse and drain again.

Place the washed chicken wings in a baking dish.

Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the chicken wings.

Add 1/2 grated onion and 1/2 chopped onion to the chicken.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of green seasoning.

Add 1 cup of barbecue sauce and some ketchup to the mixture.

Sprinkle in ground black pepper, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, barbecue seasoning, and a tiny bit of crushed garlic.

Add 1 teaspoon of jerk seasoning and a small amount of purée sauce and honey, followed by a splash of soy sauce.

Mix all the ingredients with your hands to ensure the spices are evenly distributed on the chicken.

Add salt to taste and a bit more barbecue sauce and ketchup on top before baking.

Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the foil and check the chicken; if it's cooked, put it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes to brown.

After 5 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and serve with sauce, garnished with chopped parsley and fried onions.
