1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup homemade molasses barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 fresh chili, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice

Wash the chicken wings with water and fresh lime juice, massaging it in to tenderize the meat.

Drain and rinse the chicken wings in fresh water.

Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add salt, green seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Massage the seasonings into the chicken wings and leave to marinate overnight or for a few hours.

Dust the marinated chicken wings with flour to create a coating.
