3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup mushrooms (cut into slices)
1 shallots (chopped)
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup dried tomatoes (cut into strips)
2 cups fresh spinach
5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Black pepper, to taste
Fettuccine or rice for garnish

Season the scallops and shrimp on both sides with salt and black pepper.
