In another pan, boil ½ cup water and 1 cup sugar until it reaches one-string consistency.

Add the roasted gram flour to the sugar syrup and mix well.

Cook until the mixture separates from the pan.

Grease a 6-inch mould with oil and place baking paper inside.

Add some dry fruits on top, spread the mixture evenly, and keep aside for 1 hour.
