Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin using a sharp boning knife.
Massage grapeseed oil into the pork tenderloin.
Season the pork tenderloin with a rub made of paprika, cumin, and chili powder, coating all sides.
Preheat the grill to around 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and close the lid.
Set a timer for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
After the first timer goes off, roll the pork onto a new part of the cooking grate and close the lid again.
Set the timer for another 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
In the last two minutes, brush the pork with a glaze made of butter, honey, and more of the rub.
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 4-5 minutes before slicing.
Slice the pork into medallions for serving.
