Crush 250 g of feta cheese with your hands.

Grease the baking pan with a little vegetable oil.

Spread some of the filling on a sheet of filo pastry.

Fold the filo pastry like an accordion and roll it up.

Place the rolled pastry in the tray.

Repeat until the filling and filo pastry are finished.

Place a small piece of 50 g of cow butter in the middle of each rolled pastry.

Beat 3 eggs with a little salt for the topping.

Mix in 250 g of Bulgarian homemade yogurt.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 50 ml of fresh milk to the egg mixture.

Place the filling on each piece using a ladle.

Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
