Add 1.5 cups of Bulgarian yogurt to a bowl.

Break up 350 grams of Bulgarian cheese (sereny) into the bowl.

Add 5 eggs to the bowl and mix.

Add 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda to the mixture.

Melt 227 grams of butter in the microwave.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it with butter.

Layer two sheets of phyllo pastry on the baking sheet, brushing each layer with melted butter.

Spread a layer of the filling on top of the phyllo layers.

Roll the phyllo tightly into a spiral shape and place it on the baking sheet.

Brush the top of the rolled pastry with more melted butter.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
