Roast 1 cup of white sesame seeds on low flame for 5-6 minutes until they start to crackle and turn golden.

Remove some sesame seeds (4-5 tablespoons) for later use.

Add 1 cup of boiled and cooled milk to the roasted sesame seeds and cook on medium-low flame for 5-6 minutes until the milk thickens and is absorbed by the sesame seeds.

Transfer the mixture to a grinder jar and blend it coarsely, adding 4-5 tablespoons of warm milk to help with the blending.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee on medium-low flame and add the blended mixture, cooking for 5-6 minutes until it starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and crushed cardamom to the mixture and stir for another 2 minutes until well combined.
