carom seeds (اجوائن) – 1/2 teaspoon
salt (نمک) – to taste
cumin seeds (زیرہ) – 1/2 teaspoon
ghee/oil (گھی / تیل) – 3 tablespoons
water (پانی) – as needed
oil (تیل) – for frying
