Badam Laddu

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup jaggery or brown sugar
2 tbsp dry fruit/nuts, chopped
1 tbsp ghee/butter
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder

In a pan, add almond flour & dry roast for 3-4 minutes on low medium heat or until lightly golden & smells nice. Remove from the heat and let cool.

On low heat, to a pan, add 1 tablespoon ghee & melt.

Add chopped nuts and roast for 1-2 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove roasted nuts from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, add chopped jaggery or brown sugar. Let it melt completely.

Turn the heat off and add roasted almond flour, nuts, and green cardamom powder. Mix well.

Transfer to a plate & allow it to cool a bit.

Take small portions and make laddus with warm mix.

Store in an airtight jar for 8-10 days.
