1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons homemade korma masala
1 tablespoon salt
10-15 cashews, soaked in water
1 cup warm water
5-6 green chilies, slit
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
nutmeg and mace powder
2 drops kewra essence

Heat 1 cup cooking oil in a pan.

Add 3 sliced large onions and fry until golden brown.

Remove the fried onions and drain excess oil, letting them cool.

In the same oil, add 1 kg chicken and 1/2 cup fresh yogurt.

Add spices: green cardamom, cloves, cumin, black pepper, bay leaf, and 1 piece of cinnamon.

Add 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder, and 1 tablespoon salt.

Mix everything well to coat the chicken with spices.

Turn on the heat and mix again, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, stir the chicken and check for boiling.

Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

In a blender, add the cooled fried onions and 10-15 soaked cashews to make a paste.

Add the onion-cashew paste to the chicken and mix well.

Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add 1 cup warm water for a balanced gravy consistency.

Stir well and add the reserved crushed fried onions on top.

Add 5-6 slit green chilies for flavor.

Add 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder for aroma.
