7 cloves of garlic
1 cup plain yogurt/curd
1 tablespoon coriander powder/dhania powder
1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder/paprika
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
1 teaspoon Kewra Water or 2 drops Kewra essence
1 tablespoon tomato paste or 2 tablespoons tomato puree
1/4th cup or 4 tablespoons oil/ghee
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 to 1 cup water
1/4th teaspoon nutmeg
1/4th teaspoon mace
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
