Add sweet pepper and tomato to the skillet, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Return sliced beef to the skillet, mixing well with the vegetables.
Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Serve hot with rice and beans or fried plantains.
