Combine softened butter and sugar in a bowl.
Add 2 eggs and 2 to 4 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a bowl with oil facing down for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Press down the dough to release excess air.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into pieces.
Prepare the filling by spreading it on the rolled-out dough.
Fold the dough and place it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Let it rise for another 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
