Combine the active dry yeast with warm water and let sit until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs.
Add the yeast mixture to the bowl and mix well.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Prepare the filling by mixing plain breadcrumbs, soft butter, vanilla extract, eggs, milk, and sugar/brown sugar.
Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into pieces.
Place the pieces in a greased baking dish lined with non-stick wax paper and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
