1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp olive oil for frying

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cumin.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties or balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the patties to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
