Clean 2-3 white mushrooms by brushing them with a paper towel and slice them.
Combine the beef mixture with the breadcrumb mixture and mix well.
Portion out the meat mixture into 6 patties, shaping them into football-like shapes.
Heat a frying pan and add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the patties in the hot pan, ensuring they sizzle upon contact.
Brown the patties on both sides for about 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat, checking for easy movement to indicate browning.
