1 tbsp salt
1 egg
250 g fine semolina

Cook 500 g potatoes, let them cool and then peel them.

Bring water to a boil.

Grate the potatoes.

Add 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp salt to the grated potatoes.

Add 1 egg and mix the mixture.

During mixing, start adding 250 g fine semolina.

Split the dough in half and make 2 rollers with a diameter of 5 cm.

Put the rollers into the boiling water after 1 minute.

Pick up the dumplings from the bottom of the pot.

Boil for 20 minutes.

Collect the dumplings and cut them into slices.
