350 gm mince (chicken, mutton, lamb or beef)
half tsp salt
half tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
crushed black pepper
2 tbsp oil or butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 tbsp tomato puree
chopped parsley or chopped coriander leaves

Mix 375 gm flour, half tsp salt, and 1 tbsp sugar with 1 tbsp yeast.

Knead with warm water and add 2 tbsp oil to form a soft dough.

Cover and let it rise until doubled in size.

Prepare the topping by mixing 350 gm mince with half tsp salt, half tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp oil or butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, grated onion, grated tomato, 1 tbsp tomato puree, and chopped parsley or coriander leaves.

Knead the dough again for 5 minutes after it has risen.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it out into a flatbread, not too thick or thin.

Spread a small amount of the mixture on the flatbread.

Heat a pan and place the prepared lahmacun on it.

When bubbles form, add 1 tbsp oil on top and flip carefully, pressing down gently.

Cook for 5 minutes and use a plate to flip it carefully.

Alternatively, place the flatbread in the pan first and then spread the mixture on top, cooking the same way.
