Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides, reserving the flesh.

Chop the reserved tomato flesh and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the chopped tomato flesh, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add king prawns, cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Mix in breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.

Fill each hollowed tomato with the prawn mixture.

Top with cheese and sprinkle paprika and basil on top.

Place stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are tender and cheese is golden.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
