120g (⅔ cup) light brown sugar
200g (1 ½ cup) grated zucchini
65g (½ cup) chopped walnuts
20g walnuts for topping

Add the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture and mix until just combined. Don't overmix. Fold in nuts.

Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.

Bake in preheated to 340F / 170C for 55-65 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let it cool at least for 1 hour before slicing.
