1

Start by boiling smoked beef and cow skin with salt and seasoning powder in a pressure pot.

2

Cook the beef and cow skin for about 10 minutes on pressure until tender, adding water as needed to prevent burning.

3

Add honeycomb tripe to the pot, season with salt and seasoning powder, and boil until tender, about 10 to 20 minutes.

4

Slice one cocoa yam and boil it in water until tender, approximately 40 to 45 minutes.

5

Peel the cocoa yam once cooked, using a kitchen towel if necessary to handle the heat.

6

Use a food processor to blend the cocoa yam until smooth, processing for about 3 to 4 minutes.

7

Set the blended cocoa yam aside to make the limestone solution.

8

In a separate pot, add limestone and water, boiling until the limestone dissolves as much as possible.

9

Once the proteins are cooked, separate them from the stock, saving the stock for the soup.

10

In a blender, combine 2 cups of the saved stock, half a cup of the limestone solution, and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of au spice mix.

11

Heat palm oil for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked, then add it to the blender with the other ingredients.

12

Blend everything together and adjust seasoning as needed, adding salt or magi cubes if necessary.

13

If the soup is too watery, add a little cocoa yam paste to thicken it; if too thick, add boiled water to adjust consistency.

14

To serve, do not boil the achu; allow the person being served to boil their portion as needed.
