Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. 3Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir to coat them in the garlic oil.
  4. 4Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. 5Sauté the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. 6Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
