400 grams broccoli florets
1/2 cup cardamom (soaked for 20 minutes)
2 green chilies
1 garlic pod
1/2 inch ginger
2 tbsp hung yogurt (curd)
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste

Blanch broccoli florets for 5 minutes in hot water. Then transfer into cold water.

Blend half cup soaked cardamom, 2 green chilies, 1 garlic pod, 1/2 inch ginger and make a paste.

Add 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp cream, 1/2 tsp kasoori methi, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste, and mix well.

Place broccoli florets in the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.

Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
