1/2 cup milk powder

1 teaspoon almonds
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 teaspoons fresh homemade cream
3/4 cup sugar

Take one fry pan and put it on slow flame.

Add 2 liters of full cream milk and boil the milk.

Add 1/2 cup of highly aromatic medium sized rice (Krishna Kamod Rice) that has been soaked in water for at least 1 hour.

In a mixture jar, take 2 teaspoons of soaked cashew nuts, 2 teaspoons of soaked rice, 1/2 cup of milk powder, and 1/2 cup of milk. Grind to make a smooth paste.

After 15 minutes of cooking the rice, check if it is cooked; it will require 10 more minutes.

After 20 minutes, check the rice again; it is about to get cooked, so add the paste you made and stir well.

Add 1 teaspoon of chironji (charoli), 1 teaspoon of pista, and 1 teaspoon of almonds to the mixture.

After 10 minutes of adding the paste, check the rice again and stir well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and switch off the flame.

In another fry pan on slow flame, add 3/4 cup of sugar and caramelize it.

Once the caramel is ready, add it to the mixture and stir well.

The kheer is ready; serve it garnished with dry fruits and chilled.
