Turn the heat off and remove the pot from the heat source.

Let the noodles stand in the hot water for 3 minutes.

Check if the noodles are pliable by testing one.

If the noodles are thicker, they might require a few more minutes; otherwise, 3 minutes is good for thin rice noodles.

Drain the noodles using a colander.
