Rice Noodles

2 cups rice noodles
1 onion
1 capsicum
1/2 cabbage
1 mushroom
1 carrot
2 lemon leaves
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp red chili

Boil the rice noodles with 2 tbsp of oil and salt.

Saute all the veggies.

In a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, red chili, and sesame seeds.
