1/2 Large Sweet Onion
2-3 Firm Plum Tomato
1 cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
2 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
2 Tbsp Onion powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 chicken bouillon packets
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1 8oz can tomato sauce
8 0Z Water

Chop the conch, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and Scotch Bonnet pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with flour, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chicken bouillon, baking powder, Badia Complete Seasoning, oregano, and tomato sauce.

Add water to the mixture until the desired consistency is reached.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Scoop the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
