1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon besan
fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon amchur powder
1 teaspoon garam masala

Take around 200 grams of all-purpose flour in a bowl.

Add crushed ajwain (carom seeds) to the flour.

Add 1/4 cup ghee to the flour and mix well.

Gradually add water (about 1/2 cup) to knead a soft dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Soak 1/2 cup moong dal in water for 2 hours, then drain.

Grind the soaked moong dal coarsely without adding water.

In a pan, dry roast 1 tablespoon of besan on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add spices: 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt to taste.

Mix in the roasted besan with the moong dal mixture.

Add fresh cilantro, ginger, and lemon juice to the filling mixture.

Shape the filling into small balls.

Roll out the dough into small circles, place the filling in the center, and seal the edges.
