1 tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil
1 cup Old fashioned/Rolled Oats
2 cups Water
1 cup Almond milk or Milk of choice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Turn on Instant Pot sauté mode and add a tbsp of butter.

Add 1 cup of Oats and sauté for a minute, turn off sauté mode.

Add 2 cups of water, 1 cup of milk, cinnamon, salt and stir it.

Close the lid and set the pressure valve to Sealing. Set the Pressure cook mode for 3 minutes. Once done, release the pressure after 5 minutes.

Perfect soft oatmeal is ready to serve!!

If you like your oatmeal to be thick, do sauté for 1-2 minutes or natural pressure release. Oatmeal gets thicker while cooling down.

Serve the Oatmeal with fruits, nuts, seeds or sweetener of your choice.
