Instructions
- 1In a medium saucepan, bring the water or milk to a boil.
- 2Add the rolled oats and salt to the boiling liquid.
- 3Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4If using, stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
- 5Cook until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid, about 5-10 minutes more.
- 6Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to thicken.
- 7Serve hot, topped with fresh or dried fruits and nuts or seeds if desired.

- ●1 tsp chili powder
- ●Salt and pepper to taste

- 2Add the diced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado to the bowl.
- 3Sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- 4Drizzle the lime juice over the bowl and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- 5Garnish with fresh cilantro on top.
- 6Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

- ●2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat the olive oil.
- 2Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- 3Add the ground beef or turkey, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- 4Stir in the marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Add the ziti pasta to the pot, ensuring it is submerged in the sauce.
- 6Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Manual' mode for 5 minutes on high pressure.
- 7Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- 8Stir the pasta mixture, then sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- 9Close the lid again for 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- 10Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
