250g Tuna
Onion
Curry leaves
1-inch ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 Tomato
2 potato
100g green beans
green chili
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 cup thin coconut milk
1 cup Thick coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

3. Stir in the curry leaves and green chili.

4. Add diced tomato and cook until soft.

5. Mix in the tomato paste, red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and turmeric powder.

7. Pour in the thin coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
