- 3Gradually add milk and knead to form a soft dough, ensuring it's not sticky.
- 4Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 5Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- 6Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly to form doughnuts.
- 7Fry the doughnuts in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 8Remove the doughnuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- 9Prepare a sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in water over low heat, adding rose water and saffron strands.

- 8Store any leftovers in the freezer.
