Put some olive oil in a hot pan.
Add minced garlic to the pan and stir.
Leave the garlic on the fire for a little bit.
Cut the red hot pepper in half and remove the seeds.
Cut the green hot pepper in half and remove the seeds.
Chop the red and green peppers.
Add the chopped peppers to the garlic in the pan and stir to combine the flavors.
Add half fried potatoes cut into squares to the pan.
Add salt to the potatoes in the pan.
Stir everything together to combine well.
Add fresh lemon juice to the mixture and stir.
Add chopped cilantro and mix everything one more time.
Leave the mixture on the fire for a little while before removing it from heat.
Serve the spicy potatoes with tomato slices, lemon slices, and a sprig of mint on top.
