cayenne pepper

In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry potatoes until golden brown & set aside.
In a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic and mix.
Add paprika powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fresh parsley, fresh coriander, salt and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Now add fried potatoes and give it a good mix.
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!
