1 teaspoon extra satay (YOU HUY brand)
1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
100ml water

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, coriander, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the satay with a side of peanut sauce for dipping.
